You need to check with your HR and Attorney for the legal requirements. Make sure you are not breaking any law.

I checked with my attorney and according to him, I have to go with MS+4. A friend of mine got the labor approved with MS+0 and he was MS+5 already. Hence I thought someone here might know better.

She checked my file over 20 minutes and also talked to her supervisor. they thought USCIS maybe lost my application somewhere. right now, I am waiting response from NSC for my application. I really do not know what need to do.

That's what I am suggesting. Look back the first reply message. One doesn't gain authority and yell on others just because the person attended the rally.

Do a google search for any other codes you need to include.

We got the loan based on H1. Lender did not accept EAD and required GC or H1. Though, there was no issue in getting the best rate based on H1 since credit was good and other requirements also satisfied.

Passport is a travel document and has to be in order if you are travelling or have to stamp a Visa,but your I-94 has to valid when you are applying for AOS.

Is this true? If the employer agrees to not invoke I140 for next 180 days, I can start working for another company tomorrow without affecting my 485 application?
Wouldn't you need to show paystubs or something, for 180 days, for the company that filed your I485?

This is dicey. The rule of thumb is: GC is for future employment. Somehow you need to convince this immigration officer that you worked or want to work for employer who filed GC for you. Thats why they have this 180 days clause.

Here is my situation:
I-140 approved and about to file 485.
Employer says he can file only 485 and no EAD for me. But he can file EAD/AP for my wife.
Can I file EAD/AP for me separately on my own? What are the consequences from my employer if I quit after six months of applying 485 (by that time I would've got my EAD/AP)? Can he reject my 140 and/or 485?
You can apply for EAD at anytime. All you will need is a copy of your I-485 AOS receipt (which I think USCIS will send to you, but I am not sure).
After 6 months (180 days to be exact), your employer cannot revoke I-140 (and hence I-485) if you invoke AC21.

There is no timelimit on sick leave or maternity leave but there should be a reasoable time period.
As long as employee/employer relationship exists there should be no problem. but extending the leave beyond 6 month would be put some doubt on bonafide employment.
it's all about how your solid documentation about your extended vacation.

I was thinking the same, to have my wife work on EAD.. so does that mean she will have to give her H4 away to work on EAD. Will that any issue while she travels and comes back on AP. I know it should not but just wanted to conform on the same.
Now also can you suggest on the scenario somehow I get a denial of 485 , what then my wife will have to do ? will she have to go back to the India and get a H4..
Please advice.
