Given Name in passport - ABC XYZ
surname -
All GC related document's name
ABC XYZ ,LNU
so bottom line is that Given name becomes first name and LNU relplaces surname (last name)
I do not know if it is correct but this is the way they have filed for me.
It is very interesting SSN has ABC XYZ
485 has ABC XYZ,LNU (LNU,ABC XYZ)
H1 has FNU ,ABC XYZ
EAD has LNU,ABC XYZ

I think your attorney is right... Was your 140 approved in September.. meaning.. is Sept 19 close to your approval date? if that is the case I wouldn't worry. But if your approval was much earlier than Sept then it could be something to clarify from USCIS.

U can get the tracking nummber /case number from the lawyer . But you can not get any details from USCIS since 140 is owned by company.
However if the company has received a140 receipt then the receipt will have
the beneficiary name
If u are the beneficiary then u can take an infopass with uscis and get the information from the case number

NV does not allow in-state
OH does allow in-state
AFAIK States that do not have state income tax do not let H4 visa holders pay instate and make Green Card as a requirement for instate qualification.
WA state is a good example of the above situation. I don't know about TX,FL,SD,NV,AK,WY which also do not have state income taxes. You might want to look at the instate qualification website for the state you are interested in.

Assuming 12inch distance:
38mm (9.7) at f8, near 9.99, far 15
28mm (7.3) at f8, near 8.84, far 18.7
That does sound more reasonable given it's a digicam.
